SHIPPING

  • Our processing times for orders are 1-4 business days.

  • Please know ordering on Fridays means there is a 50/50 chance of your order being shipped on that day depending on the volume of orders. If your order is not shipped on Friday, it will be sent out the following business week.

  • We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. All orders made over the weekend will be shipped the following business days.

  • Haven’t received a tracking number? Please check your email inbox and junk/spam. If you have a customer account, please login as your tracking number and shipping status will be there. If you are still having troubles, please contact us through our email Latinbeautyacrylics@yahoo.com and Lbassistance@yahoo.com.

  • Wrong Address: We understand that this can happen every now and then. If you realize you have put in the wrong address or made a mistake, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent out unfortunately, we cannot do much as it is already being processed by the United States postal service. If your order has not been shipped or in the shipping process we will change the address free of charge.

  • Please make sure to include all details in your shipping address. Not typing in the correct city or things as small as not putting in your apartment number WILL delay your order with the shipping provider. Most of the time when USPS cannot deliver your order because of these minor problems your order will be sent back to us. This can take up to three weeks to a month. To help prevent this please include all details in address. EXAMPLE: 2903 Valley Rd APT #45, Oakland, CA 94501

    POLICIES

  • Cancelling orders: If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible through our contact email. We do not respond to customers through our social media. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed and picked up by our shipping service.

  • Lost and stolen items: We are not responsible for lost/stolen items. To best prevent stolen items, we recommend going on to USPS.com, searching your tracking number on their website and signing up for email and text updates. This will let you know where your order is, when it will be delivered, and when it has been delivered to the desired address.

  • We do not accept returns: We do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order please contact us through our email and we will help as best we can.

  • Damaged items: If there is to be anything wrong with your products there is a 3-day limit from the day your order has been received to let us know. Please know if it has been weeks or months of you having our products and you are to have any issues we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges.

Please know that we do not answer emails over the weekend. If you are to email us over the weekend, we will reach out the following business days to resolve anything you need.

  • Reaching out to us on social media? We do not respond to any messages regarding orders, tracking numbers, or any other issues sent through Instagram or TikTok. If you need anything the best way to contact us will always be through our support emails.
